Get to know the Role:
We are looking for a Digital Goods Strategy Assistant Manager, you have the opportunity to own and implement projects around the company's key initiatives from start to finish, by using quantitative and qualitative analyses to drive decisions and make recommendations. We believe a successful candidate can build a strong analysis and provide data driven solutions while coordinating between internal and external stakeholders.
The Day-to-Day Activities:
Manage end-to-end projects; identify issues, gather information from various sources, analyze data, interpret patterns and trends with the purpose of generating insights about the market.
Support Head of Digital Business in being a sounding board for the strategic decisions of senior management staffs.
Accountable for the support planning & analysis of high impact strategic initiatives: e.g., providing a fact base, structuring and helping with issue identification and solutions, advising on the practicalities of implementation
Build strong relationship with internal stakeholders in the process of governing and improving Grab digital goods performance
Analyze sales performance; monitor daily activities, generate report, and recommend actions based on insight gains from sales performance
Collaborate with external partners to identify new opportunities to expand Grab Digital Goods performance and market positions
The Must-Haves:
You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility
You have a bachelor’s with a strong academic record with a degree in Finance/Business/Economics/Management.
You have 3-5 years of experience in a highly analytical environment, having applied statistical analysis techniques and advanced analytics.
You are organized, insightful and can communicate your observations well, both written and verbally
You are a proactive and impartial team player who possesses the tenacity to meet deadlines and adapt to fast-paced changes
You are results-oriented, impact-focused and can thrive in a fast-paced and fluid environment
You are adept at managing complex processes and navigating through ambiguous and quick turn-around situations
You can adapt from a big-picture thinker to one who is also detail-oriented and can navigate through different situations/topics/industries
You are proficient with statistical modeling and Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel)
