• Deep experience as Branch Manager for latest for 8-10 years from FMCG / Pharmaceutical/ Tobacco /Retail Company are preferable.
• Proven achievement in area management including sales operation, distribution logistic, and branch management.
• Willing to be based at Malang - East Java with permanent employment scheme.

We are now seeking a position as Branch Manager - Sales & Logistic (Malang), who will handle the following key responsibilities:

• Directing all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
• Responsible for achieving business channel, GT (General Trade), MT (Modern Trade), Food Service (Horeca)
• Planning forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
• Achieving sales target and profit target
• Controlling delivery process and inventory – warehouse
• Managing budget and allocate funds appropriately
• Bringing out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
• Locating areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
• Networking to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
• Direct report to Sales Directot

We expect prospective talents to meet the requirements as below

• Graduated bachelor’s degree from any major
• Deep experience as Branch Manager for latest for 8-10 years from FMCG / Pharmaceutical/ Tobacco /Retail Company are preferable.
• Experience to handle business channel GT (General Trade), MT (Modern Trade), Food Service (Horeca).
• Proven achievement in area management including sales operation, distribution logistic, and branch management.
• Good command in English both spoken and written
• Computer literacy: Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point)
• Willing to be based at Malang - East Java with permanent employment scheme.
