About the Role


If you’re looking to be a part of a dynamic, highly-analytical team and an opportunity to dive deep into projects surrounding brand experiences, look no further. As our Brand Activation Executive for Transport Marketing, you’ll take the wheel in building customer experience for Gojek Transport services. Along with planning for offline branding strategy, you will be in charge of developing partnership schemes and POI (Point of Interest) selection based on the current performance and growth opportunity.

Working closely with the Marketing Planning, Marketing Communications, Research, and Product Development team, you will get to align on the strategies and action plan tailored to each city and initiative. The cherry on top: you’ll get to be a part of a team that works to leverage brand awareness and visibility, as well as contribute towards the growth of the business in driving the transaction uplift.



What You Will Do

  • Assist Brand Experience Manager in the process of planning, developing, and improvement for all POI related activities and initiatives
  • Collaborate with the marketing communications and marketing planning team to create a holistic program for POI to increase transactions and generate new users
  • Conduct regular research & surveys as part of project/initiative assessments along with the marketing research team
  • Monitor competitor activities to get insight into the current competitive landscape and create action plans based on market needs
  • Support Instant Booking deployment and maintenance, including regular communication with the Product Development team
  • Provide regular tracking for POI acquisition, budget spending, and other projects & initiatives' progress
  • Working closely with the creative team to develop and innovate for both POI Toolboxes and KV
  • Generate monthly reports for POI performance and Instant Booking analysis.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related majors, with at least 2 years experience in handling brand/consumer marketing
  • Familiar with all brand marketing-related activities and its initiatives, preferably with previous experience in consumer marketing/insight, marketing activation, or similar role
  • Excellent communicator with good project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking with a good balance between planning and execution

About the Team

POI & Activation is a family of 3 based in Jakarta. We are responsible for overseeing and delivering improvements to Gojek Transport's consumer experience. It’s our job to ensure that we maintain Gojek's domination and leadership amidst competition through brand visibility and activations. One of the biggest challenges we had to face is a fierce competition where we are running head to head with the competition. We eventually resolved it by consistent improvement and innovation, supported by solid teamwork with other related departments. Currently, we’re busy at work on various projects, including one about activating our existing POIs to bring more impact towards transaction and user growth.

We’re a tight-knit group who are bonded by two things: bringing ease to daily consumer mobility needs, and Gotong Royong's spirit (communal effort) where we value teamwork most . We’d be stoked to have somebody with the same spirit and value join the fam!
