Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Feasibility study for retail chain stores expansion of Kanmo Group brands
- Develop potential locations for opening new stores based on analysis of the value of the investment, competitor data analysis, and the calculation of break event point (BEP)
- Conduct Site visit with landlord and affiliated property agents for relocation and opening of new stores
- Responsible for Rental negotiation in terms of market study pertaining rental fee for the proposed area, lease renewal, and payment terms for the interest of the company’s market growth
- Analyze the existing market condition for the purpose of to achieve the best solution and strategies in terms of store performance, project cost and return of investment
- Achieve the target business development and opening of new stores that are profitable for the company’s business interest
- Monitoring Pipeline project and Roll out open or relocation store based on business target
- Designing and formulating a budget plan (Capex) for opening stores based on business target
- Provide project report on weekly basis to be presented to the management
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree / Master degree holder any field (preferred in Real Estate / Property Management, Business Administration).
- Minimum 5+ years working experience in retail industry would be a plus.
- Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.
