Job description

Job Descriptions:
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Manage responsibilities among co-workers to ensure good performance.
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, and packages)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Create and Track Payment of office activities.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, Accounting, Management, Administration, and Secretarial.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
  • Proficient in Quickbooks.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Outstanding communication.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City.
