Due to our aggressive business expansion, we are looking for qualified & dynamic talents to join our success team for the following position at Jakarta Office.
CUSTOMER RELATION
Responsibilities:
- Provide full support to technical administration
- To provide a high level of specialist support in Planning and Account Management to WQA’s existing clients and manage Strategic Planning projects to meet commercial objectives and maximize the overall service.
- Handling product knowledge & problem solving for customer satisfaction
- Respond to or redirect incoming miscellaneous queries by whatever appropriate means, liaising at all levels within office and customer business base
Requirements:
- Female
- D3 / S1 major in Marketing or Communication.
- Having minimum 2 years experiences as customer relation or marketing
- Good communication skill, fluent in English and computer literacy.
- Advanced in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and internet
- Having a blog, and social media accounts (value-added)
- Perform simple graphic design for advertising purposes and website promotion.
