Responsibilities :
- Supporting UORM Head
- Act as SDM Manager for HR
- Act as BCP Manager for HR
- Administer HR Governance including Audit process
- Be part of Emergency Response Team
- Manage end to end Covid19 cases within Bankwide
- Manages Bank Wide Vaccination program
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist/ Specialist experience and fully understand all Human Resources Management core processes
- Preferably to posses Operational Risk knowledge & experience
- Bachelor degree from any major
- Required main competencies :
- Excellent communication skill
- Analytical, conceptual, and systematic
- Attention to detail
