Persyaratan

• Candidates must at least possess a Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
• At least 2 year of experience in the same field.
• Have hands-on experience in Training Need Analysis (TNA) and training program designing.
• Understand the steps to set appropriate modules for the organization’s needs.
• Able to do training effective evaluation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Ms. word, Ms.PowerPoint, Ms. Excel Tanggung Jawab

Work closely with each department head in performing Training Need Analysis (TNA)

• Deliver various training modules as necessary
• Support people managers in providing the right coaching and people management to their team members
• Compile metrics and report on overall training program engagement & effectiveness
• Grow and develop a team of trainers and equip team leaders or managers to be trainers and coaches themselves
• Conduct research on a variety of talent development topics, trends, and best in class practices
