- Candidates must at least possess a Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
- At least 2 year of experience in the same field.
- Have hands-on experience in Training Need Analysis (TNA) and training program designing.
- Understand the steps to set appropriate modules for the organization’s needs.
- Able to do training effective evaluation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Ms. word, Ms.PowerPoint, Ms. Excel Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver various training modules as necessary
- Support people managers in providing the right coaching and people management to their team members
- Compile metrics and report on overall training program engagement & effectiveness
- Grow and develop a team of trainers and equip team leaders or managers to be trainers and coaches themselves
- Conduct research on a variety of talent development topics, trends, and best in class practices
