Job Description

In this role you have the opportunity to;

Developing and optimizing the sales of our products in the Personal Health (Male Grooming, Oral Health Care, Mother and Childcare, Beauty) sector to the Indonesian sales channels through distributors.

You are responsible for;

  • Perform tactical and operational indirect channel sales activities

  • Analyses performance of the indirect channel partners, identifies problems, and formulates recommendations;

  • Initiates & runs small improvement projects.

  • Has developed specialized skills and is multi-skilled through job-related training and on-the-job experience

  • Acts as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience. Broadened specialized theoretical knowledge of generic products/services and the surrounding organization to optimize the Sales processes.

  • The assignments are stated only in general terms and require own interpretation and analysis and application of project management techniques.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience;

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing from either the Electronic / FMCG Industry.

  • Distributor Management experience with proven ability to develop and create partnerships.

  • Very Good internal / external relationships.

  • Good experience in Sales & Account Management.

  • Strong negotiation skills.

  • Strong communication skills verbal & written.

  • Microsoft Office advanced

  • Presentation skills

  • Excellent Team Player
