Job Roles & Responsibilities

Required Skill Set:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Good understanding of the Internet & MS office is a must.

• Ability to understand technical Job Description & evaluate important keywords to perform the search.

• Prior work experience in recruitment would be preferred.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing of candidates using job portals in accordance with the Job description.

• Thorough Assessment of candidate’s skill and professional details over telephonic conversation. Interview scheduling & reference check.

• Maintain Strict Turn Around Time (TAT) and adhere to specific requirements

• Understand the job responsibility and formulate work plan

• Sourcing through social media like LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter and other available online forums

• Maintain a keen eye on latest recruitment processes and techniques for efficient recruitment process

• Float Job Description on the leading portals and formulate candidate hiring strategies

• Conduct market due diligence on availability of talent pool in specific markets/Regions

• Conduct research and analysis as well as produce reports as required

• Looking for Freelancers passionate to work and grow themselves in the recruitment field.

• Ideal candidates will be MBA Undergraduate/College Graduates / housewives, people with special challenges who cannot work in regular employment.

• Earning will be on revenue sharing based upon the number of closures done by the recruiter.
