Job Description & Summary

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Key responsibilities of this role are two fold:

1. Internal digitization activities

  • Lead internal Digital projects focussed on upskilling and innovation, working with resources from different competencies of the Firm
  • Work with support functions like HR, Risk Management, Legal teams to enable both internal and external digital related activities
  • Interact and lead presentations with leadership across the Firm to get buy in for internal digital activities
  • Work with teams across the region to understand the progress of other countries and communicate the status of the initiatives in Indonesia
  • Support in identifying internal project teams and support them during the project delivery
  • Support the planning and execution of internal communication activities about the internal digital initiatives
  • Support Chief Digital Officer with the progress of all the initiatives and in CDO’s communication to the Firm leadership

2. External Digital Services activities

  • Collaborate with and support the business teams to identify newer client Digital Services offering
  • Work with the practice teams from different competencies to develop the required collateral for go-to-market of the new offering
  • Support the teams in planning thought leadership activities like publishing reports, webinars and other client events
  • Monitor the firmwide digital services opportunities and revenue. Provide regular reports to the Chief Digital Officer
  • Lead the periodic meetings with digital service SPOCs from different practice teams, follow up on the action items as needed
  • Interact with leadership across the firm and participate in strategic discussions

  • Ability to communicate with technical and business teams, and consolidate both into a simple strategy

Experience Required

  • Experience and understanding of emerging digital technologies and their use cases
  • Experience managing a team of resources and landing business outcomes
  • Knowledge in transformation efforts, through developing, managing, coordinating, implementing and executing project plans
  • Demonstrating meeting facilitation and management capabilities
  • Identifying risks, gaps and dependencies and recommend solutions
  • Possessing creative problem-solving abilities to devise solutions to successfully deliver on the business goals
