Job Description:

• Facilitate new hire onboarding initiatives such as orientation, workshops, networking sessions, etc.
• Design and deliver onboarding-related soft skills training
• Develop and implement onboarding trainer content and materials
• Evaluate and continuously improve on training effectiveness by developing new training approaches and techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from all majors
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent in English (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Experience in L&D, training, coaching, and/or public speaking
• Positive and energetic outlook and able to motivate others
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
