People Operation (HR) Intern

What You Will Do:
- Conduct end to end recruitment process (vacancy advertisement, screening, psycho-test, scoring and analysis, and conduct applicant preliminary interviews.)
- Conduct on boarding process for new employee; ensure the onboarding preparation lists are well prepared eg: employment agreement, personal documents, email account, laptop, finger print, etc
- Maintain employee database, attendance, annual leaves at and any other documents (New hiring and existing)
- Responsible for personnel administration
- Perform a good planning & organizing skills, structured, detail and result oriented
- Procurement/Inventory Control of office stationaries, operational needs, etc
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievance
Requirements:
- Preferably Final year or Bachelor Degree in HR Management, Law or related field from reputable university
- Having an internship or experience in the same field would be a plus point!
- Ability to work under-pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Able to deliver all administrative services (in time, in quality, in specification)
- Good communication & time management skill
- Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, databases, and statistical packages.
- Have strong ethics and be able to maintain confidentiality
- Willing to WFO in Kemang for 3 months internship program and ready to join as soon as possible!
Job Type: Internship
Salary: Rp1,500,000 - Rp2,000,000 per year
