- Successful experience in Product Planning in Food Manufacturer & Restaurant/Fast food chain, particularly savory product.
Key responsibility areas:
- Responsible for Product Planning of Ready to Eat Foods, particularly frozen foods, based on the customer’s needs and our seeds.
- Responsible for Product Concept Establishment (Target Customer, Needs, Benefits, Product Features, and Pricing)
- Excellent in research on ourselves to find our strength in R&D and Production.
- Understand the customer’s needs, doing market research.
- Doing quantitative and qualitative research (include field research), competitor research, and other countries case research to find the market opportunity.
- Based on approved Product Planning, proceeding with a project to realize the product, involving relevant departments such as R&D, Production Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Costing, Quality Control, and Marketing).
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Logical thinking skills, Passion for foods and customer satisfaction, and Tenacity.
- Able to speak English
