The Channel Lead (CHL) is accountable and responsible for proposing, managing and executing on the plans to support business objectives specific to his / her assigned channel network (i.e. dealer, R1 and R2) within the assigned district. He / she is responsible for managing a team of SSR who is expected to be the executor of the demand fulfillment plans relating to commercial programs and policies set by zone as aligned with the country business goal.
- Must be min. Bachelor degree from Agriculture or related major
- Proficient English skills
- Must be willing to be located in designated area
- Experience in business agriculture (preferably) or related industry min 5 year.
