Job description
Manage the full recruitment process and ensure the efficient and effective placement of hires. Responsible for proactive sourcing of candidates.

Actively build network and employer branding among relevant target source of candidates to benefit recruitment. Develop and implement efective employer branding strategies.

Handle all recruitment administration.

Implement HR end-to-end processes (recruitment, acculturation, learning & development, performance & reward management, outplacement).

Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.

Implement every HR program that has been planned.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent

Having 3-5 years of experience as Talent Acquisition or HR Generalist, preferably from startup & technology company

Required Skill(s): Recruitment & Branding, Performance Management, Learning & Development, HR Administration

Understand general human resources policies, procedures, function and best practice

Good analytical thinking, highly adaptable, well organised and attention to details

Excellent problem solving skills to drive and tailor your strategies and creatively identify new solutions to resolve challenges

Passionate to learn new skill and knowledge

Ability to manage and making priority of several task to complete all task on time

Having related experience with Head Hunters is a plus
