DESCRIPTION

This position is for PT. Spedak Utama Sipindo, a company under PCL, based in Jakarta Utara, Jakarta, Indonesia.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Involved in the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance and bank reconciliations
• Ensure all the monthly management accounts with all its supporting schedules (mainly all the balance sheets accounts) are prepared in a timely and accurate manners
• Prepare and process crew payroll payment
• Process and review branch transaction align with branch team

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in handling financial reporting.
• Experience working within a general ledger system (SAP is a plus) and full cycle of closing process.
• Bachelor degree of Economics/Accounting
• Understanding of basic taxation (VAT, WHT, etc)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Willing to be working remotely and onsite
