Social Media and Community Manager
Job description
A Travel Agency in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media & Community Manager (Full-time).
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside CEO in creating a content strategy for TikTok, Reels, IG and FB
- Build a content calendar for scheduling/publishing content
- Social listening (i.e. monitor latest trends and adapt strategy accordingly)
- Supporting influencer marketing efforts (such as identifying and selecting influencers, reposting content, and engaging with influencer posts)
- Community management
- Creating and/or curating content (taking photos, writing copy, designing, or modifying graphics, editing videos, finding UGC content, and contributing to editorial content)
- Creating campaign plans for business and marketing priorities (e.g. new trip launches, rebrands, awareness campaigns, contests, etc.)
Requirements:
- Indonesian Citizen
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication
- Proven work experience as a Social Media & Community Manager or similar role
- Passionate about travel
- Possess graphic design & video editing skills and own laptop
- Comfortable managing a fast-growing community
- Demonstrates an understanding of Paid Ads (FB, TikTok, Google)
- Possess great written and spoken English
- Be confident in creating content and coming up with fresh ideas
- A willingness to learn and develop
Super creative with a great eye for design and new ideas

Experience:
- Social Media Manager or related: 1 year (Preferred)
