Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Local Leading Health Tech. Our respected client is seeking a professional with suitable qualifications. The job is based in Indonesia.

Job Function:

• Envision and develop an overarching product ecosystem (aligned to corp. objectives), to help users better understand and address their health needs, while growing business revenue/profitability
• Lead the development of multiple products to better address needs/challenges of consumers
• Manage technology build-out to deliver envisioned value proposition and services
• Direct development of data analytics systems to extract insights on users, market, and health
• Manage identification and resolution of platform faults and user challenges
• Guide the design and implementation of the overall customer experience (online and offline)
• Drive the development of business revenue streams and P&L

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree (preferred) in business, engineering, or other relevant fields
• 5+ years' work experience in digital product management and business development
• Prior experience leading larger cross-functional teams (e.g., tech, business, customer exp.)
• Ability to leverage data and analytics to drive business decisions (e.g., value prop, features, appearance)
• Ability to lead ethnographic research and user experience studies
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Bahasa (both verbal and written
