Job description
  • Develop and align the implementation of overall Human Resource strategy.
  • Implement human resources policies, programs and practices inclusive of planning, organization development, implementation, coordination, investigations, conflict resolution, learning and development and talent acquisitions in accordance with established guidelines, business needs, and sound administrative practices.
  • Deliver process improvements, identifying and deploying analytics & intelligent automation, sharing operational excellence practices across the organization.
  • Ensure process delivery is performed consistently and effectively according to established procedures, processes, guidelines and/or best practices.
  • Monitor and take corrective actions around budget, scheduling, risk, scope and quality of projects/programs
  • Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
  • Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
